Our legal company name contains /, this is confirmed by D-U-N-S, but it is not possible to enter a / in the Legal Entity Name, I get this error:

We have the exact same problem. The legal name as registered by D&B contains a "/" as do a lot of company names in Denmark where "A/S" is the equivalent of "Inc."
The organization account setup for Apple is abysmally bureaucratic compared to Microsoft or Google Play.
It's buggy also.
Should file a bug ; because clearly this does not follow internationalization rules that Apple is advocating so strongly.
May be with this argument your message will be heard and they will provide a patch or an evolution.
Note: may be that's a stupid idea, did you try to escape the / ?
