my app is still in review process since 3 days. is it normal? i have 4 apps on app store and they took maximum 1 day to be reviewed.

3 days is nothing. If after 7 to 14 days it still hasn't changed, then you should email the review board.
Not normal since Apple sped up the review process. Definitely normal for certain apps that are exceptions to the rule when they're complex, exoensive, etc., but if it's similar to your other apps, I'd expect the backend is being updated, yet again, and you just need to be patient.
