When I send effects like fireworks with my text to someone else with IOS 10, they get it but when they send it to me it doesn't show any effect and all it says is (sent with Fireworks). Anyone know what to do?

I think it's a bug...others have noticed the same. Might need to wait for the release version of iOS 10.

Do you have "Reduce Motion" on under Accessibility?

Having same issue. I can send, cannot receive. Reduce motion is off. Have restarted phone. Double checked and have 10.0.1 installed.
