Has anyone had their fans just stay on until you shut down then turn back on. I restarted it and it still just kept them spinning. I was not running any intensive apps or anything like that. It was on my desk at work and they just kicked on. I am running a 2015 macbook pro 13in.

Agreed. Unusual. Resetting the SMC might do the trick:

Have you checked with the Activity Monitor app to see if any processes are using high percentages of CPU?

I saw nothing out of the ordinary in there when I looked. It was quite strange.
