I'm wondering if I have to pay Apple 30% if I'm setting up an app that provide service similar to Ebay?
e.g.
Seller sells $10 item on my platform. I take 1% from that so $0.10 from their account. Let's say selller made 100 of the same sale so equal $10.
So when seller top up their account with $10, do I get $10 or $7? Can I not use in app purchase and just use Stripe or paypal?
The only way you can do that, with goods consumed outside the app, is to use an external payment system. Apple only takes a cut when you use IAP for items consumed inside the app.
You cannot use IAP to sell real world goods. You may use a third party payer system. It remains unclear whether or not you can embed your payment system in the app or whether you need to direct users to your website for that interaction.
