Hi anyone knows a way to fix IBM Notes 9.0.1 (wont open) According to the Problem Repor "quit unexpectedly"

Same here. I have tried to fix this with Fixpack 3. No success.
I think it's a Java Runtime issue.
I have installed the 64Bit Version. It works fine!
What's mean installed 64bit version ? re-install IBM notes ? pls help to descrip it... Tks... I got same situation here!!!
