I am trying to accept app transfer getting below error

The following error(s) occurred:

The email address must be in a valid format (for example, support@example.com).
The phone number must be in a valid format. Preface the phone number with ‘+’ followed by the country code (for example, +44 844 209 0611)
You must enter a phone number in the Contact Information section.
You must provide a first name in the Contact Information section.
You must provide a last name in the Contact Information section.

Same here!

App Transfer service is not working, please check it.

When I try to accept the app on my itunesconnect page I can't provide the contact information for the app.

the reason is:

The contact information form is always hidden and can't be filled.

As a result, app transfer can never be completed.

Tried on all kind of browsers and devices.
