I developed an application which used some private frameworks and as well as every body know, there isn't any way to publish it via personal developer program.

so i had deep research and somewhere such as http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2127737/can-i-use-private-apis-for-an-iphone-enterprise-application told it's possible. therefore i want to sure about this.

so would you tell me is it possible or no?

Sounds a bit like you're asking how to perform an unauthorized distribution - not the best idea here if it involves violating your dev agreement.

Are the people to whom you're distributing employees or agents of your compay? If so, yes, If not, no.
