I can't seem to find where to add my cards to apple pay on the iOS 9.0 beta. Can anyone help?

iOS 9 has a new app called "Wallet" for that, but a few people have reported difficulties in adding cards in this first developer preview.
To enable Wallet on the lock screen, launch the Settings app and navigate to Touch ID & Passcode. Under the "Allow Access When Locked" section, toggle on Wallet. This could already be toggled on by default on your device, depending on if you already had Apple Pay set up before installing iOS 9.
So we are unable to add cards to Wallet in the first preview?
You can add cards. I only mentioned that a few people had problems in case you did too and were concerned that it was just you.
beta 5 and still unable to add cards. Anyone else?
