Hello Apple & community,

I've updated both my phone and then my watch to the latest betas. I haven' seen any useful help out there regarding this, so I'll post the question here now.

My Calendar is NOT syncing at all with the Apple Watch after the 'upgrade'. I've reset both phone and watch and have also un-paired and repaired the watch to no avail. Please respond with this as a potentially known bug or a solution to get this working. I've also noticed that the "Reset Sync Data" (Apple Watch App >>> General >>> Reset >>> Reset Sync Data" actually does nothing on iOS 9.

Setting up the iCall subscribptions on a calendar by calendar basis did get those events on my gmail calendar to show on the watch.

However, I also have an Exchange server, which is still not showing events on watch, even though the alerts are coming up on the watch as an alert only.

Same here! One complete das lost because I tried to fix the issue.

Apple Support was not helpfull today 😠

Same here,

Imade sure all of my items were synched with icloud and exchange, and then turned off synching on my phone, deleted the calendar from my phone, re-enabled synching and let everything repopulate on my phone.

Reset sync data, and nothing happened..

I do get calendar notofications ...

I encountered this issue too. Calandar was syncing to my apple watch just fine. I upgraded to Apple Watch 2.0 and the calendar stopped syncing to the watch.

I rang tech support. Eventually I got a call back from Apple's enterprise support team. It seems that My iphone's MDM profile (its a managed phone for my company) contains a restriction "Opening documents from managed to unmanaged apps not allowed". and that when you have a profile like this the Apple watch is upgraded to 2.0 will no longer sync calendar events (email is fine)

So if you have 2.0 then there is not much you can do unless you can change your companies MDM profile. If you haven't upgraded to 2.0 then it is a oneway route to no calendar sync until Apple fixes this. If you have this problem please register it with Apple - they only fix things with high volumes.

Exact same issue here. Calendar worked with 1.0, but not with 2.0. Tech support just provided the standard unpair, repair, reset, power off/on etc. I have submitted feedback regarding this issue and provided the link to this discussion. I have the same MDM profile restriction -"Opening documents from managed to unmanaged apps not allowed".
