no valid provisioning profile found

Hi, all,

I'm at my wits end here: I am (once again!) having nightmare issues getting my code to run on my phone. I am either using automatic for everything, in which case I get a "no valid provisioning profile found" error, or I am attempting to use a manual development profile, in which case I get mismatch errors between my phone's provisioning profile and my watchkit extension profile. I know I am supposed to just be able to leave everything on automatic now, but it refuses to work in my apps' cases. To see if I could track things down a bit, I ran potloc on my phone and it worked just fine--even though as far as I can tell everything is set exactly the same on my own app! Very very frustrating as you might expect (I really hate the whole provisioning profile voodoo and have for years).

The only difference I see in my app vs. potloc is that potloc's settings aren't bold faced, as the following images show. As there is no explanation of what bold face vs. regular text mean, I have no idea if this is even significant. I would really and truly appreciate some help here. I start breaking out in cold sweats when I know it's time to move to my actual phone over the simulator, and again when I know I have to get it working for distro.

Darn, the pictures didn't come though. Boo on this new dev forum as well. Apple ain't making me happy lately. 🙂

At any rate, the build profiles are the same except for bold face for the code signing identity in my app. That's what the pictures show.
