I currently have one app live in the App Store - it's been public for almost one year. I can see all of the expected Analyics in the iTunes Connect dashboard (Unit Sales, Crashes, etc.), but when I hover over the "Opt-in Only" note above the "Crashes" tab in the "App Analytics" menu, it states that "In the last 30 days, -100% of all users that installed apps agreed to share their data."
Looking at the "Rolling 30 Day Opt-In Rate History for All Apps", my opt-in rate is shown as "-100%".
This doesn't seem possible to me.
Does this mean that no users have opted in to share their Crash reports with me? If that's true, then how am I able to see crash reports?
