Personal account can login, but not company account?

I don't know why, but when I try to login using my company Apple Developer ID, it won't work. It just kicks me back to the login screen. Also, I can't use the "Contact Us" link on the help page, since that also asks us to login. 😐


The login works properly because I can then visit iTunes Connect and we're already logged in there. What's going on? There's no error message. I submitted an Apple Bug Report but haven't heard back.
