Will "Back tap" be available for developers?

This is new feature on iOS 14 that you can find in "Accessibility > Touch > Back Tap". I didn't found any API to access it as a developer and use it inside my apps. Are there any plans to make it part of public API?

Back Tap can be assigned to shortcuts but otherwise it isn't possible to use it within apps right now but please file a bug.

What you're seeing is right: there is no API in iOS 14 to observe the Back Tap gesture. Settings is the only place for someone to configure how Back Tap behaves.
