Apple Quick Start Program

Hi for every one ,
Can someone give me some info about how to apply for the
"Apple Quick Start Program Lets Developers"
For the 500$ Mac.
I'm developing apps for the iPad mostly , and it can be a great product for me to code.
Thank you
Hi, TomerTzi!
You can apply here: https://developer.apple.com/programs/universal/ . And remember to read "Eligibility" column. Also reading 'Universal App Quick Start Program terms and conditions' (on the same web page) is highly recommended.
All the best,
Alex
Hi ,
Unfortunately I got that message ״Sorry, you're not eligible to apply.
To apply for the Universal App Quick Start Program, your Apple ID must be associated with the Account Holder of an eligible program.״

Is there anything I can do to change that status? It will be super great for me to develop my apps on the new Xcode , both for iPad OS and macOS , and now it will be much better for me cause both have same CPU architecture.

Hope to be qualified, and really looking for it, I can give a lot from many years of experience .

Thanks,
Tomer
You have to be a paid member of a developer program in order to sign up for the Quick Start program. Also priority will be given to those with shipping Mac apps.

Since you develop apps only for iPad, you may not be a good candidate for the program as it is intended for those porting Mac apps.
Accepted Answer
I'm developing both for iPad and Mac OS ,
I can purchase the apple developer program , and become a paid member .
In case I do it, is it granted that I will be qualified for the quick start program ?
I want to try that program , cause it will be now much easier I guess to develop apps for both eco system together .
@TomerTzi Note that x86 Macs running the Universal beta of Xcode can build for all platforms. You just won't be able to directly test on Apple Silicon powered macOS for several more months.
