Can scribble take an existing path that was drawn in the past and convert to text?

If I have a path of a draw handwritten drawing from iOS 13, can I send that through to scribble to get the text? Or does scribble only work with live drawing?

That is not supported. Scribble works on the live user input, and converts it to text.

iOS 14 does provide access to stroke data which is discussed in "Inspect, modify, and construct PencilKit drawings
