I have an iOS app build that is being tested. The user has provided feedback and screenshots that I can see in Connect.
But I cannot download the zip file of the screenshot and feedback information. There are 3 screenshots.
Each time I try it just times out.

I have tried on a couple of different computers with the same result.

Can you help please?

For anyone interested - I came back a few days later and again most attempts to download the feedback report resulted in an error after a long timeout. After many tries I got one to download, then eventually all 3 reports.

It seems to be a poorly designed system. As shown by the number of questions on this forum that never get answered.

I also have this problem - trying to download the feedback report clicking the cloud-arrow icon usually results in a 500 internal server error and a failed download. I've tried both Chrome and Safari.

I also have this problem. I've been trying to download new screenshots and I can see the .zip linked file but after a long time it just times out. I cannot even download previous screenshots from a week ago. Also, make a system where I can select the screenshots and then download the entire package as one .zip file - not each individually.
