Membership renewal issue

Hi, We have got the below info for renewing our account. The problem is that


1. clicking on "FAQ", leaves us to a "cannot find page" from Apple. So the link does not work.

2. And most importantly, clicking on "Member Center" does not give us a payment option.


If the "Auto-renewal" option is checked, can we trust that the account will renew - even though we still get the below message when logging in despite having already selected "Auto renew"? Is this a logical error in the service GUI?

Renew Your Apple Developer Program Membership

If you do not renew your membership before Oct 9, 2016, your apps will no longer be available on the App Store. The user with the Team Agent role can renew the membership in the Programs & Add-ons section of Member Center. For more information, see the FAQ.

Same issue for us..


- Valid Payment Information is associated with Apple ID

- Auto-Renewal is green, active


But the message in iTunes Connect still appears and we also got an eMail that tolds us our account will expire soon, because no Payment Information is associated with our Apple ID. :/

Same issue here. Auto-Renew is enabled & green, but a message appears:

The FAQ link is dead.

Same issue here. I have clicked auto renew last week. And our account is due to expire today!

Sad part, this is a corporate account...

Due to that message, I didn't trust Apple to do the right thing and autorenew my developer account before the expiration date. I turned off autorenewal and renewed manually.
