Hi - as described in the session, we support federation (and soon SCIM) with Azure Active Directory. You can, however, optionally choose to federate Azure with another identity provider as well, meaning the actual authentication would appear for the user as happening with the other IdP. You can optionally use sign-in auto acceleration using Home Realm Discovery within Azure to make this even more seamless for the user. See Microsoft’s documentation for additional details.

Yes but Azure is still required as middle component. My question was about direct SAML configuration without using Azure at all.
I guess you can't speak about future plants, correct?
