Anyone experiencing issues with IOS 14 and wifi connectivity?

Yes, have had issues both with cellular access (Verizon) and WiFi (FIOS) since the upgrade. Have 14.1 patch.
It’s so frustrating that I wanted to smash my phone and tab, but...but my hard earned money. Even after the patch up wifi still the same. I wasted my time asking my ISP to change the router who charged me $84. It took two decades for Apple to catch a life because of their high priced stuff. It won’t take that long to vanish if they don’t change

Having same problem as everyone else. Did the update both on my phone and iPad. Both no longer want to connect to wifi. My question is if and when there is an update to resolve this issue how would we download and update without wifi connection?
Yes having same issue and also Sim signals are low as per requirement. On 13.7 all things was working properly even with Ios 14 beta version but unfortunately after final update some unusual things are hapeening to my device..
Same here! The wifi connection is even worst since I did the last update of iOS 14... they said the update was supposed to repair this issue but it is worst since that update... makes me mad I want to use my wifi back... it connects but no internet so I’m stuck to use my data plan... hope they will launch a new update and really fix the problem with that one...
I updated 3 phones (two 7’s and one X) and two iPads (one mini and one pro). All devices are having issues staying connected to WiFi 14.0.1 did not fix this issue
Solution - Reset network settings.
Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset network settings.
I tried this and that works for me to get connected with WiFi.

I have an iPad 9.7-in. iPad Pro (1st generation).. Every time I unlock it theres no internet connectivity yet the wifi bars show connected. This has been horrible. It started with iOS 14. No problem with iOS 13.
i got iphone Xr since up date to ios 14 ....i had problem with stay connect to wifi idid every thin reset network connection,DFU restore etc...then up date to 14.0.1 still the same .it so frustrating because my router is in my desk and feet a way ,cant make face time call suddenly drop the signal and re connect
I cannot access anything on wifi or on data at this time even with the most recent update 14.0.1
I have tried all possible solutions (reset network settings, reset all settings, factory reset, etc) but nothing seems to work. Also upgraded IOS to 14.0.1, but that change a thing. Really annoying while now I have to do everything via 4G. Hopefully fixes the issue asap!

Yes having issues with wifi connectivity with IOS 14..0.1. This was also an issue with 14.0. This also seems to be affecting connection via GSM too.
I just tried 14.2 and it’s still happening. Honestly I’m thinking of switching to Android because Apples QA team is definitely falling short. Don’t even get me started on the botched iOS 13 launch.
I have not been able to connect my home Wi-Fi ever since I updated to the new 14 software.
My son updated before me and he has not had a problem. Which makes me wonder if it was one of the selections as the phone re initiated?

I also have these problems. Unable to open any app while connected with WiFi. Reset network settings didn’t solve the problems. Very frustrating!

I am in Charter community service (Spectrum). I tried connecting the WIFI (that already used) post update of IOS 14. It threw an error invalid location; but the screen is not displaying the field for choosing location.
Finally the below option worked.
Wifi -> choose ur Wifi network -> click on the ' i' icon on the network name -> Turn off the Private address -> rejoin the network

I keep having the same issue every day since latest updated (14.0.1). Even though it improve the connectivity, it is temporarily, every day I'll have to reset the phone or forget the network two or three times for it to open a web page or access half of the online games. could you work on a better fix. This new software has some amazing features, but unable to enjoy them due to the poor connectivity.
Also having issue with Wifi. Tried removing the private address and rejoin network like someone else suggested, didn't work for me. Ive been just having to constantly switch from wifi to network and hope that one will eventually do something.

Lastly, I changed the DNS to manual and used 8.8.4.4 and it is working for me now.

I am having issues as well. I had to reset the network settings. It doesn’t work because the private address button reverts itself back when you do that. I also noticed it reverts back by itself. Had it off for 2 hours. Double checked and it was turned back on. Really poor job with that setting. People warned about it when iOS14 was announced. Been on the phone or texting Apple care for the past couple hours. No luck
Constantly! I have to reboot, forget the network, toggle on airplane mode, reconnect to the network and THEN it works. But, if the phone is idle for any period of time I have to go through the same crap all over again. Horrid.
I am not willing to do all this troubleshooting for Apple. I already restored my iPad and set it up as new with no success in fixing the problem. The only fix or bandaid is to toggle Airplane mode. I feel this is Apple responsibility to fix. Not mine, the customer.
