Since updating to IOS 10, I am unable to select copy or paste. The options no longer appear. Now when I double tap on the message, I just get a heart, thumbs up/down, haha, exclamation mark, and questio mark. I want my copy/paste functions back!

Hold down on the text bubble, new options will appear from the bottom of the screen. If you can see the emojis you need to look down, there are buttons for, "copy", "speak", and "more".
What I miss is being able to highlight text in messages, and then being able to 'look up' or copy
