I find it humorous that every new version of OS X (including this one) kills MS Lync. Just a random thought.
Just checked Lync. No probs in Beta 1 and 2.
Same here, Lync 2011 (14.0.11) with no probs in Beta 2.
Lync 14.0.11 crashes for me to under Beta 1 and Beta 2 after logging in
Console shows the following:

still no improvement under Beta 4 Lync and Communicator keep crashing
Did anybody see any improvements with the latest Beta 5 of El Capitan?
Lync keeps crashing for me but Communicator is working as long as I do not connect an external monitor to my MacBook Pro, which I think is kinda funny.
Lync is not working for me either, keeps crashing after login.
To me, Microsoft Lync opens fine, but crashes immediately after opening Outlook 2016. I have been able to replicate this issue dozens of times, always the same case. Outlook is causing Lync to crash.
