Not Eligible for Offer when offer Free Trial subscribe

Hi,

I'm a new developer. Ask a question about the subscribe.
There are 3 plan for the subscribe.When I select the 2 plans with 3-days trial.It will be popup：
Title is Not Eligible for Offer
The detail is This offer is available only to current or previous subscribers of this app.

Need your helps, thanks very much.

A customers Apple ID is only eligible to redeem an introductory offer once per subscription group. So if you are testing, your test Apple ID will only be able to redeem the introductory offer on the first buy.
