XCode Simulator devtool not working or showing dev elements

Hi There,

I am trying to debug a web application with XCode simulator. I am able to open simulator but not able to use safari develop tools with simulator. I can see simulator in develop menu but html elements and other not visible in that develop tool.

Here is my machine specification:
macOS Catalina
Version: 10.15.5 (19F101)
macbook Pro (13 inch, 2016, Two thunderbolts, 3 ports)
XCode version: 10.0
Simulator version: 12.0

Please help me to fix this issue.
