Tracking actions post installs / LTV; Cost Per Action

Can anyone here share thoughts on what is the recommended way to track actions post install. In our case, we are interested in knowing the users (from Search Ads install) upgrading to a paid subscriptions.

In the usual scenario, we will rely on a Third Party Attribution platform (Appsalar, Appsflyer etc.) - which in turn could also send in data to a mobile analytics platform (Mixpanel etc.) setting the install source as superproperty. Can you share if this is likely to work in case of Apple Search Ads ? How are you guys doing it ?

I too would like to know if this is possible.... how can I tell if my downloads from Apple Search Ads are converting into in-app purchases?

I'm getting post-install data in Adjust fine.
