Confused about taxes on sales outside US?

Hi,


I have several apps in the App Store and books in the iBookstore. I currently only sell them in the US because I am confused about taxes if I sell outside of the US. If I sell my products in stores outside the US am I responsible for paying taxes in thos countries or does Apple handle that? If I am reading correctly from various sources it appears as if Apple handles it in some countries and not others? Any info or links would be great! Thanks!

Bump! I am new and about to publish my first app. I have this same question. The eula has some info but of course it's written for lawyers not general people. I figured I'd only sell to US to stay on the safe side but was curious what the actual steps were if I wanted to sell in other countries as well. Thanks also
