I checked the behavior of WebAuthn on Safari14 beta3 using "webauthn.io". (I checked with an iPad mini4.)
When "User Verification = discouraged", I have been verified the PIN code. (In this case it wouldn't need to confirm my PIN.)
And in the "User Verification = preffered" case, same behavior as "discouraged".
But when I chose "User Verification = required", it didn't verify my PIN code, and also the authentication itself didn't complete. (Same symptoms as safari13)
I think this behavior is strange. Is it a bug?
