Payment of US$99 for the Apple Developer Program Enrollment failed, even though my credit card and other information was properly given. Order acknowledgement was sent to my mail and also in apple account, it is showing that "Enrollment completed" but within 48hrs Apple cancelled my order.

I tried for 5 times but failed....

I have same problem and I tried for 4 times but fail

I have the same problem. My problem was region default setting as United Kingdom and I'm in Vietnam and it expected me to enter UK billing address. By the way...after awhile I don't see any apple genius answering question. So it seem like this developer forums for people having problem trying to figure out other problems.
