We are planning to use Apple's Lightning Receptacle Controller 3 along with Lightning Receptacle connector to power our accessory and provide additional power to charge the Apple device (iphone or ipad) using Lightning Connector on other end. We have following queries:
[1] What is the maximum possible power supported for Apple device charging in above mentioned scheme (using only Lightning Receptacle controller 3)?
[2] Do we need any additional USB-PD controller (along with Lightning Receptacle controller 3) to support up to 30 Watt power for charging the Apple device?
