I was developing a small video game on the Unity Game Engine. Then I looked at my 3rd Generation iPad Pro and wonder what if I could make a video game on it?

but why is there no game engineering software offered for IOS users & developers?

Apple just wants to put a hole in your pocket. They rather you buy their mac, even tho the ipad pro will work really well with a 2D game engine like Godot if they allowed it to, but its apple $$$$$.
