App getting rejection because of the code functionality

Hi Team,

We have an iOS app named VoiceOfNorway on the Apple Store. Last time when we submitted our application on the App Store after few updates, our application got rejected, saying that "Use of code is not complaince with our guidelines. It would be appropriate to allow access to these features without the use of Code".

Actually no digital content is getting sold from the application. The audioguide is just a complement to the bus tour or a train tour. The code system used in the current application is a way of authorizing the passengers, if they have access to that particular audioguide or not. The audioguide is just a feature included in the bus trip. But the bus company wants to protect the audioguide from people driving the same road in a car.

We believe our app complies with the App Store Review Guidelines, as explained in previous releases. Some audioguide content providers, like a municipality or a bus company might want to give access to visitors / passengers only, by referring to a code, printed on a poster or a sign. This authentication is happening via the code system in the application.

Question:

How to resolve this issue and make Apple understand that the app in adherence to the apple guidelines.
