Appstore Connect Fails From MAC Works From iPad and Win7

I can't connect to many apple developer pages (App Store Connect) from my Mac but I can connect from a Win7 machine and iPad. Connections to the server are not being made or I just get a spinner. I can connect to apple.com and other pages from the MAC using Safari but not this site which seems to be used for all apple developer pages including the forums. I've tried clearing the history in Safari but that didn't help.

I think there are recent issues with the internet lately...more so than usual.

I'd do the basics, including restarting your mac and clearing Safari caches - still no joy, might be you just need to be patient and keep trying.

@KMT I did all that without luck. The thing is it works from an iPad and Win7 machine, just not the MAC running High Sierra OS so its not the internet. However, there was an update to safari that was installed today. Don't know if that effected it.
