Unable to install app after new update from xcode

After the update to IOS 14 today, I am unable to install my app to my iphone X. It worked earlier today.

Any suggestions?

You should reboot both, Mac and iPhone.

If not enough, did you try to reattach the iPhone to the Mac ?
