I do not have this issue on my iPhone 5C running iOS 9 Beta 2... Restarting your device may help

I have this issue and I'm unable to open the phone app as the last opened view was favorites. Any ideas on how to get around this? I think it was caused by me deleting a number from a contact which was in favorites. Please report the bug to Apple, as I will do. Please!

My iPhone 6 crashed the first time I tried to go to the Favorites tab, but after relaunching the Phone app I can go to that tab without any problems.

I'm having the same problem - Phone app crashes whenever I select it. (I must've been on the Favorites tab the last time I used it pre-OTA). It won't stay open long enough for me to switch tabs or get away from Favorites. Killing the app doesn't help, and rebooting doesn't help. Originally an OTA update so I'm going to try restoring via iTunes.

I had the same problem once I selected the Favorites button. To restore access, I dialed my iPhone 6 and left myself a voicemail. Once the voicemail was delivered, the phone app opened and I could access the phone again using all the buttons but Favorites.

i download it via itunes and does the same thing. Any fix yet?

go to pull down search Menu and type in phone then select It and it will Open. This worked for me on iphone 6+

Same issue here, searching for 'phone' doesnt work for me either 😟

Try to restore with iTunes (and do not restore backup). Also, get logs from your phone and fill a radar.

now its working again, i called a number with siri......

On my side it works good, no crashes in that area. I use the Iphone 6 in German with IOS 9 Beta 2

phone app crash with my sim free iphone6 plus and ios9beta2. But non sim free iphone6 won't crash.
