Our company is trying to get our software app published, but Apple seems to be not having any intention of keeping their promises.
We got to the point where we submitted an order request for Apple Development Program (99$). We received an email indicating that the order will be processed and we would be notified within 2 business days. It now has been 17 days passed and not a single word from Apple.
We have tried to contact Apple, without any results. The Apple Developer Support contact email similarly promises to reach back to us within one to two business days - lies lies lies.
Apple seems to have eliminated any support contact numbers from their developer's division.
We have tried to reach Apple via their general support and enterprise lines, but they couldn't help us on the developer subject. Let alone it was hard to understand the accent.
The release of our product is being delayed because of this problem, and we need to get this solved ASAP. If Apple doesn't want us to be their customer, it should take minimal effort to at least notify us of that resolution.
What to do? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to reach Apple's Developer department? Preferably phone number, since the emails are not answered anyway.
All the best!
