Xcode Signing Failed to create provisioning profile

I subscribed to the App Developer program. I paid the fee. I've done Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles. I added the app to App Store Connect.

I am getting an error on the Xcode Signing & Capabilities tab.

1) Failed to create provisioning profile.
There are no devices registered in your account on the developer website. Plug in and select a device to have Xcode register it.
2) No profiles for 'com.h... were found
Xcode couldn't find any iOS App Development provisioning profiles matching 'com.h...'.

I am getting the errors above. I don't have an iPhone phone. I'm developing on my macbook computer.

How can I resolve this error?

Are you actually building an iOS app? If so, what do you plan to test on?

I'm no expert but regarding item 2). In your developer account, in Certs, ID's & Profiles under ID tab is your app listed. If not you may need to register an App ID? Without an iPhone I don't know what you do about item 1)? Hope this helps.
