I'm trying to enroll at Apple Developer Program but I get an email that say is a problem with the payment. Well, on the same email I get a solution for this, to make the payment with another credit card.
Paragraph from the email.
Submit a new order to change your form of payment to a different credit card. Please ensure that the cardholder name, billing address, and phone number on file for your credit card match your order information
Well, I just try to go that but I get an error that say:
We are unable to complete your order
There was an issue when we processed your order. Verify that your information is correct and try again. If you need further assistance contact us.
Duplicate order
So, I think I have now to cancel the first order and to try to make a new one, but how ?
