I did the most recent update to my watch series 3 (7.0.1) and my hand washing feature does not appear as a setting. I tried my wife’s watch, same watch and nothing. Any suggestions?

Hand Washing feature its only available on Series 4 or later, due to the microphone and ambient sound detection.
