USB Ethernet not working on Big Sur 9

I have updated the Big Sur 8 to Big Sur 9. My USB Ethernet is working in 8 but after updating, it not working. Ethernet adapter light is glowing and on Router it's showing it's connected. But does not see any sign of connection on mac. My macbook is 2017 air. I am having so much trouble with this, please give me some solutions.

Official release big Sur 11.0.1

Anker USB-C to ethernet works
Tripp-lite USB-3 to ethernet DOES NOT work.

BIG SUR 11.2.3, MACBOOK PRO 2013, STILL NOT WORKING - USB ETHERNET. APPLE PLEASE HELP.
