Why change? Aren't you paying with a credit card, same as with iTunes App Store?
I have similar problem, I have moved for good from the US to Europe, hence having, no more US bank. However, when renewing membership I'm able to select US currency only. What has to be done to switch from apple US to the Europe market so the EUR currency could be selected?
