I created a new Apple ID and set up a payment method.
I was able to enroll in the Apple Developer Program with that new Apple ID, but I wasn't able to purchase membership.
I consulted and troubleshoot this issue with an Apple Supporter in Japan.
I have updated my Mac and Safari versions. And I changed my credit card information to something else.
But the problem remains the same.
While I was troubleshooting, Apple Supporter in Japan was closed for business hours, and I'll be waiting for a further solution next Monday.
I'm in a hurry to release the app, so I'd appreciate it if you could suggest a solution.
I think it may be bad to enroll in the Developer Program with multiple Apple IDs.
