Restore removed app in App Store Connect

Hi,
I tried to restore removed app in App Store Connect.
Accord to instructions in https://help.apple.com/app-store-connect/#/dev28d17ed35 , in "Restore an app" section, and i got this message:
"can’t be restored right now.
There was an error processing your request. Please try again later."

Anyone have a solution to this problem?

Hi, I do this after one cup of tea and I have used Safari Private or you can clear your cookies and cache.
