Not able to install git or homebrew via terminal => Xcode command line developer cant be installed

Hey I got a 2020 MacbookPro 13“ with the newest Version of macOS installed. I tried to install git via terminal, but to install git, macOS wants me to install the xcode command line developer tools.

The problem is, that the Xcode command line developer tools cannot be install because: „The software is not currently available from the Software Update server.“
I tried to install homebrew and use homebrew for git installation, but for the homebrew installation Xcode command line developer tools are needed.

I am new to the macOS work so any solutions or suggestions are appreciated.
Hello!

I am too have been experiencing the same issue yesterday and this morning when trying to install the command line for xcode. I just found a solution that appears to work well, you will have to install the command line manually from this website,

https://developer.apple.com/download/more/?name=for%20Xcode

From there I chose "Command lIne tools for Xcode 12.2 beta 3"

download and install, and it appears to recognize it as being up to date. Hope this helps. Cheers.
