Enrollment process time

i enrolled for apple developer account. 2 days ago got email where they say it will take 2 business days. now when i logged into developer account there they say put your payment information to proceed for enrollment. i already complete all the processes once what should i do ? wait or fill payment information again ? they didn't detect any payments from my account so far
