When we enter our corporate website on the MFI enrollment page we get "Corporate website is invalid" with no indication of the problem. It is a show stopper for us currently.

Got stuck on the same problem here. On the MFi application form, when we put our company website on the "Corporate Domain" field, it keeps giving the "Invalid" error. Does anyone know how to solve it?

Basically your need to enter in the apple id domain, I had apple id with gmail.com so I had to enter gmail.com there
