macOS Big Sur update 10.13 - Battery drain

Greeting fella Big Sur users!
After the update I notice a HUGE difference between my previous (macOS Catalina) and latest (macOS Big Sur) battery drainage. My battery health lost 7 percentage immediately and the battery is draining 3x times faster than before.
Example: I use the Preview all the time to open pdf files. I monitor my time on the MacBook and most of the time on 70 percent I had roughly 13:42 hours left. Now the (after the update) time reduced to 4 hours or so. I also compared battery drainage on both OS and Big Sur is eating a lot more on the same config. (2019 13 inch stock MacBook )
I'm looking forward to any suggestions or solutions!

I have the exact same problem. Huge battery drain with Big Sur. Also there is no way to check "Battery Health". It is no longer available on the Battery menu. Macbook Pro 2015 15"

I am also facing the same issue. I have a MacBook Pro 2015 13". After the update it's going down from 100 to 0 with in 1.5 hours.
Same issue here. I have this issue with previous update and have it fixed by changing hibernatemode but now even once hibernatemode=25 battery is drained from 40% to 0% in 2hrs.
Sorry guys. The problem is not solved, I accidentally tapped on the “SOLVED” badge. I will try the hibernation mode what @kamilski suggested.
Same here. MacBook Pro mid 2014 13"
Same here, on MacBook Pro 2017 13" (with TouchBar); even worse, the Battery preference pane now says that my battery needs servicing, which is simply not the case. I have ran full first-aid on my disk and system, and a diagnostics test and the battery is normal peak working condition. Overheating issues too, with fans starting to spin on low processes, such as watching video using VLC. Battery drainage went from 90% when I put it to sleep to 6% roughly six hours later. Checked the console to see what might be causing the drain during sleep, and this the log from last night when my MacBook was supposedly sleeping:

In previous nights, there were many more callbacks from the ASL Sender Statistics, and the launchd[1] process. I'm not that knowledgeable whether to determine this is actually the cause or not, but at this point, it is more likely than anything else. Does anyone know whether this may be the issue? And if so, is there anything that can be done about this?

In either case, it is an absolute shambles, and makes things completely unworkable—I'm probably going to restore Catalina from a TimeMachine back-up from last week until Apple sorts this out.
UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS POST:

I went into the power settings log to see what is happening during sleep, in order to work out what is draining the battery. This is the log I have from last night (from 90-6% in 7 hours)—can anyone use this to figure out what might be the issue here? It is 100% linked to the Big Sur update, as I did not have the drainage issue before last Saturday when I updated.

I've collected some common methods: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/667067?login=true
@redlix the post you refer to is not particularly helpful — you just list the things that didn't work and that others here have already tried, to no avail. Do you have any actual update on the problem?

I tried these methods and it seemed to resolve the issues I had with the battery.
I tried to leave my Mac on AC for the Spotlight.app to finish all the loading tasks and I could re-enable the directories once again - no battery problems so far.
I have the same issues

I am also having the same issue with MacBook Air. Battery drain is too quick and its getting annoyed.
Same issue, Battery drain in Mac Air ,

Losing considerable Battery backup over Sleep mode also
Ever since I updated to bigSur, the battery drain in sleep mode is just horrible. Previously when I had macOS Catalina, I would lose only 1% at max when I put my MacBook Pro (early 2020 model) to sleep. But in Catalina I'm losing almost the full battery. Will apple solve this issue or should I downgrade to Catalina again? This is a new Mac not even 6 months old and such performance is not acceptable at all!!!
Same problem with my MBP 16". Battery is draining from 100% to 15% over the weekend in sleep mode, even if I reboot before.
