TestFlight couldn't load app under WiFi network

Open TestFlight on my iPad running 13.5, and iPhone 8 running 14.2, it shows:


Couldn't Load Apps
TestFlight couldn't connect to App Store Connect. Try again later.


While I have no problem accessing the internet on both devices, webpage opens fine.

Switching to cellular network on my iPhone seems fix the issue (funny thing is that actually I didn't enable cellular network access for TestFlight, somehow it disrespects the setting!), but it is very annoying, especially our testing app is quite large (100MB+).

Tried reset the network settings and re-install TestFlight, neither works.
