Help please! I have been using Keynote slides as a virtual background(VB) in Zoom Pro for months on an older MacBook Pro. Upgraded to Big Sur and now when I use the slides as VB, they will not advance. The advance arrow will click, and the slide number will increase - but the slides don't change. I have some deadlines on projects for which I need this to work soon! Thanks for any fixes you can suggest.
Big Sur & Zoom advanced screen share
I have this problem too. Tried everything recommended with no result. Probably because all the online recommendations are pre BigSur.
Yup - me too. I had a presentation I had to do - so the end run was to play keynote in a window and screen share that - not the best - as the speaker, I was a thumbnail. Zoom tech support has been infuriatingly unhelpful. My guess it is an easy fix, once it is identified.
Received this from Zoom today - after a week of back and forth (note there is no date that we can expect the fix!):

Hi Sharon,
Unfortunately, we do have an ongoing issue with MacOS Big Sur. Some features may not work well. The fix for this will be on the release version 5.4.4.
Kind regards,
Lito

I tried Zoom 5.4.4 on Big Sur. The problem is still there. Anyone else got it working?
Upgrade to 5.4.4 today and still experiencing this issue :-(
Nope, fix is not in 5.4.4.
sorry for my English but ı am so sad because ı am teacher and you know we use for teaching zoom at now. so ı have to share screen but it doesn't work . And ı don't know what can I do. I hope they can do it quickly.
After upgrading to Big Sur suddenly I'm having major issues with Zoom screensharing. It used to work flawlessly on all types of windows, including media. Now there is a minimum 30 second lag before my screenshare is visible to guests, if at all. I'm on the latest version of Zoom and Big Sur as of 2/16/21
I have this problem still (Apr 2021) with with Zoom 5.5 on an iMac with Big Sur. While sharing a Keynote presentation (Play in Window), the audience could not see the slides advancing.
I discovered the error mid-lecture one morning and switched to my MBP which was running the macOS 11.2 beta and that was okay.
So I kept to the laptop with Big Sur beta for all my Zoom lectures since.
