Starting Safari Technology Preview automatically starts Safari

Same problem here, not sure why and I cannot find a fix. Reported it via feedback but no response from Apple

Please file a report at feedbackassistant.apple.com and we'll take a look. You'll need to include a sysdiagnose taken after the issue occurs.

when I start safari technology preview, the window switches back safari, If both safari apps are open at the same time.

Problem still happening at beta 4 of Big Sur.

I've been experiencing the same problem for some time now. I can't ever open up Safari Tech Preview without Safari also opening up.
