iPhone 6 battery life with Beta 2?

Well, it seems better by now, comparing to the first beta 🙂

It is a little early to tell for sure. However, I charged the phone to 100% and let it sit. It is now 3 hours later and it is still at 100%. I received some emails and texts during that time. With Beta 1, this did not happen. It would be somewhere around 80%.

My beta 1 battery life is terrible. Maybe 8 hours. Must stay by an outlet...

I've been using mine for about 4 hours on DP2 now and the battery consumption and heat are much much improved.

Much better! Updated, charged to 100% four hours ago.

Battery at 98%. Under beta1 the same time lapse would have resulted in 40% battery loss under the same load.

Now, if they would just release the Watch update...

I agree. Before I installed the first beta, I only fully charged my phone once a week. Then I had to charge it multiple times a day. Now, with the second beta, I have had much better battery life - better than before the first beta.

So far so good. Was on stand by for 3 hours, didn't lose any percentage with light use. On B1 I would have still lost 15%.

Seems significantly better and the phone doesn't run as hot but I still don't think it's as efficient before iOS 9.

Definitely better, however a new fun bit, my 6+ was at 98% used it surfing for about an hour and it didn't budge from 98%... Rebooted and was actually at 75%. Definitely found the insane standby drain seems to be gone thankfully.

so far B2 seems much better
